Als schmackhaftes Frühstück, als Snack oder selbst zum Abendessen, Avo Toast geht immer. Unser Rezept hier enthält Eier, deshalb haben wir es nicht als vegan gekennzeichnet. Je nach Zutaten ist Avocadotoast aber in jeder Küche einsetzbar. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;"><strong>Good to know</strong>: Die Avocado wird oft irrtümlich als Fettbombe bezeichnet, allerdings handelt es sich hierbei um hauptsächlich gesunde, ungesättigte Fettsäuren. Diese wirken sich positiv auf den Cholesterinspiegel aus und können dem Körper sogar beim Fettabbau helfen. Ausserdem enthält die Avocado einiges an Vitamin B9 sowie andere Vitamine der B-Gruppe und die fettlöslichen Vitamine A, E, sowie K1. Bei den Mineralstoffen sind vor allem Calcium und Magnesium verstärkt vorhanden. </span></div>

Diese veganen Energiebällchen stecken voller Vitamine und Nährstoffe und sind obendrein auch noch super lecker. <strong>Good to know</strong>: Die Dattel hat von Natur aus einen hohen Zuckergehalt, deshalb lässt sie sich auch so gut in gesunden Naschereien als Zuckeralternative verarbeiten. Obendrein liefert die Dattel auch noch eine große Menge an Nährstoffen wie etwa Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Eisen und Kalium.</span></div>

<div class="wprm-recipe-summary wprm-block-text-normal"><span style="display: block;">Du suchst einen cremigen Dip der dein Essen aufpeppt und sich hervorragend für die vegane, vegetarische und glutenfreie Küche eignet? Dann können wir dir Hummus empfehlen. Das cremige Kichererbsen-Püree ist nicht nur ein Nationalgericht im Libanon oder in Syrien, sondern hat auch international schon längst Anerkennung erlangt und das zu Recht. Denn, die unscheinbare Hülsenfrucht hat es mit bis zu 19g Eiweiss auf 100g Kichererbsen in sich und kann daher mit Rindfleisch und Hühnchen mithalten. Auch die B-Vitamine finden sich in den Kichererbsen wider, sowie Magnesium, Kalzium und Kalium.Alles in Allem sind Kichererbsen also absolut gesund und werden im Hummus durch das Zufügen der Sesampaste (Tahin) auch noch zum Genuss. Um von den Kichererbsen zum cremigen Hummus zu kommen, braucht es nur 10 Minuten und mit insgesamt nur 7 Zutaten findest du bis auf die Sesampaste wahrscheinlich bereits alle in deiner Küche. Tahin (Sesampaste) findest du jedoch bereits in jedem gut sortierten Supermarkt oder im Orientladen um die Ecke. Was die Kichererbsen angeht, eignen sich getrocknete Kichererbsen (welche dann jedoch über nacht eingeweicht und anschliessend gekocht werden müssen) genauso gut wie Kichererbsen aus dem Glas oder der Dose.</span></div>

Oder einfach nur, weil ofenwarmes Brot herrlich duftet und schmeckt. Dieses Vollkornbrot ist – im Vergleich zu Weissbrot – nicht nur die bessere Wahl, sondern gelingt und schmeckt immer.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;"><strong>Good to know: </strong>Vollkorn hat viele Vorteile gegenüber Weissmehl. Da Vollkornmehle aus dem ganzen Keim hergestellt werden, enthalten sie neben den, für die Verdauung wichtigen Ballaststoffen, auch B-Vitamine und Mineralstoffe wie Eisen, Magnesium, Selen und Zink. Auch die Kohlehydrate sind bei Vollkornprodukten von komplexer Struktur und werden damit langsamer verarbeitet und lassen den Blutzuckerspiegel – im Vergleich zu Weissmehlprodukten – langsamer ansteigen. Das Wasser sollte keinesfalls heiss sein, sonst funktioniert die Hefe nicht mehr.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-33653-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Nun füge die restlichen Zutaten hinzu und knete den Teig mit Hilfe deiner Küchenmaschine und denKnethaken solange bis es einen homogenen Teig ergibt, sprich mindestens 5 Minuten.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-33653-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Bedecke die Schüssel mit einem feuchten Tuch und lasse den Teig ca. 1 Stunde lang gehen, mindestens jedoch 40 Minuten. Tipp: Umso länger der Teig ruhen kann umso luftiger wird das Ergebnis.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-33653-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Wenn dein Vollkornteig sein Volumen in etwa verdoppelt hat, knete ihn nochmals kurz per Hand durch und gib ihn in eine mit Backpapier belegte Kastenform oder forme einen Laib und lege diesen auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech. Tipp: Wenn zur Verfügung, dann verwende ein Gärkörbchen für diese letzte Ruhezeit.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-33653-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Siebe etwas Mehl darüber und lasse das Brot nochmals eine halbe Stunde rasten.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-33653-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Heize den Ofen auf 250°C-275°C vor und stelle ein feuerfestes Gefäss mit ausreichend Wasser auf den Boden des Ofens. Tipp: Falls du einen Backstein hast, dann lege diesen im noch kalten Ofen auf den Rost etwas unterhalb der Ofenmitte.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-33653-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Die ersten 30 Minuten bäckst du nun das Brot kräftig an. Dann drehe die Temperatur auf 200°C zurück und lass es 10-15 Minuten fertig garen.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-33653-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Hole es aus dem Ofen und lass es auf dem Rost ein wenig auskühlen. Noch lauwarm serviert mit z.B. Butter, Rauchlachs, Frischkäse,  etc. schmeckt es einfach herrlich.</div></li></ul></div></div>

<p>Kennt ihr das, wenn ihr nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag nach Hause kommt und ihr wollt einfach nur einen gemütlichen Abend und alles um euch herum vergessen? Also schaltet ihr euren TV ein, oder dreht das Radio auf und ihr versucht die Erlebnisse des Tages revue passieren zu lassen und dann kommt er, unser guter alter Freund der Heißhunger. Er schleicht sich langsam an und wird von Zeit zu Zeit größer und unkontrollierbarer und ehe wir uns versehen, ist auch schon die Tüte Chips, die Tafel Schokolade, oder die Tiefkühlpizza am Start. Hauptsache schnell und unkompliziert. Doch damit ist der Tag noch nicht beendet, denn genau so schnell wie der Heißhunger kommt, meldet sich danach auch unser schlechtes Gewissen zu Wort. Dieses miese Gefühl wieder einmal seine guten Vorsätze über Bord geworfen zu haben.</p>
<p>Doch soll ich euch etwas verraten? Es geht auch anders.</p>
<p>Der Trick besteht darin es gar nicht erst so weit kommen zu lassen, sondern auf genau diese Art von Heißhungerattacken vorbereitet zu sein.</p>
